Deposit Payment Terms & Conditions

By paying the £500 deposit, you agree to the following terms:

1. Deposit Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place on the A-Z Restorative Course commencing September 2026.

  • The deposit forms part of the total course fee of £13,900 inc. VAT.

  • Your place on the course is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed in writing.

2. Total Course Fee

The total course fee is £13,900 (including VAT).

After payment of the £500 deposit, the remaining balance of £13,400 will be payable in three instalments as follows:

  • First Instalment – £4,500 due September 2026

  • Second Instalment – £4,500 due January 2027

  • Third Instalment – £4,400 due April 2027

Exact due dates will be confirmed in your Course Agreement.

Failure to meet instalment deadlines may result in late fees and/or suspension from the course.

3. Late Payment

  • A £100 late fee will be added for each month any payment remains overdue.

  • Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of enrolment.

  • The Delegate remains liable for any outstanding fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be made in writing at least 30 days before the course start date.

  • If cancelled more than 30 days before the start date, 20% of the full course fee will be retained.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the course begins.

  • The £500 deposit is strictly non-refundable.

5. Transfer of Place

Course places are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Academy for Dentists Limited.

6. Provider Rights

Academy for Dentists Limited reserves the right to:

  • Amend course dates if necessary.

  • Refuse continuation of training in cases of serious misconduct or non-payment.

  • Recover any outstanding fees through appropriate legal means.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved via mediation or, if necessary, legal proceedings.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with payment of the deposit, you confirm that:
